Revault is a complete Bitcoin custody solution designed for organizations. It provides fund delegation governed by customizable policies, manual veto capabilities for outgoing transactions, and physical-threat mitigation. Built directly on Bitcoin, it combines high-threshold multisignature security with a protocol for secure day-to-day operations, allowing delegated funds to be spent under restrictions such as limits, address allowlists, and additional verification thresholds. Its pre-signed security transactions can be broadcast manually or by watchtowers to enforce policies or move funds to an emergency wallet. Revault can be self-hosted for full sovereignty or used with compatible third-party custodians, and its protocol and software are open source and publicly auditable.
