Rise SDK is Phoenix’s developer-facing SDK surface for perpetual futures. It provides TypeScript and Rust packages with HTTP and WebSocket clients, Phoenix state and metadata primitives, transaction and instruction builders, order and trader-state helpers, and margin calculations for applications that read Phoenix state and submit Phoenix instructions.
