rwaUSD is designed for short-duration Treasury-backed instruments, highly liquid tokenized gold, and other deeply priced public-market RWAs with predictable pricing, strong secondary liquidity, and fast redemption paths. It is intended to incorporate an insurance framework underwritten by Lloyd’s of London for certain adverse collateral-related events, including de-pegging, specified regulatory disruption, and collateral or custody-layer fraud or failure. Assets with delayed redemption windows or different stress behavior are instead supported through Multipli’s separate segmented liquidity classes.
