SettleMint builds and operates DALP, a unified platform covering the full digital asset lifecycle — issuance, compliance, custody, settlement, and servicing — for regulated institutions tokenizing bonds, deposits, equity, funds, stablecoins, real estate, and precious metals. The platform enforces ex-ante compliance across jurisdictional frameworks (EU MiCA, Singapore MAS, UK FCA, Japan FSA, US Reg D/S/CF, GCC) using OnchainID identity and the ERC-3643 token standard, integrates with third-party custodians such as Fireblocks and DFNS rather than acting as a custodian itself, and provides atomic Delivery-versus-Payment and Exchange-versus-Payment settlement with T+0 finality.
