Sherlock Shield provides time-bound financial coverage for eligible Web3 smart-contract code after it completes a Sherlock audit and approved fix review. Coverage applies only to approved audited contracts, with the amount determined by audit findings and audit type, up to $500,000. Incident claims are subject to scope, timing, verification, and commercial terms; Shield does not guarantee payment or fund availability.
