SoroStarter is an Initial DEX Offering (IDO) platform for Web3 projects building on the Soroban and Stellar Lumen ecosystems. It provides fundraising tools and offers the Stellar community early access to participate in these projects. The platform employs a comprehensive screening and vetting process for all projects, which includes initial screening by a council, onchain voting by governance members (XLM stakers/holders), and finally, onboarding for the fundraise and IDO protocol.
