Spring is the Structure & Digitize offering within Blocksquare’s real-estate tokenization protocol. It links real estate to PropToken smart contracts, enabling issuance of up to 100,000 Ethereum ERC-20 tokens per property with on-chain valuation data, issuer-defined transaction rules, and a legally binding corporate resolution recorded on IPFS. The model transfers defined net-revenue rights to token holders and automates a 1.5% transaction-fee distribution among the platform operator, issuing company, and Blocksquare.
