Story Protocol

Story Protocol is a purpose-built Layer 1 blockchain creating a native infrastructure for intellectual property (IP) on the internet. It allows creators and developers to register IP as on-chain assets, manage them through programmable licenses (PILs), and automate royalty flows. The protocol, which is EVM-compatible and built with the Cosmos SDK, features a "Proof-of-Creativity" mechanism and is designed to support a new economy around creative content, especially in the age of AI. The ecosystem includes developer tools like SDKs, an IP Portal, a block explorer, and staking for its native $IP token. Governance is managed by the Story DAO, with support from the Story Foundation, fostering a community-driven platform for building applications across AI, DeFi, and consumer sectors.
