Tangem Pay is a self-custodial payment account integrated into the Tangem Wallet app, providing a virtual Visa card for spending cryptocurrency at merchants wherever Visa is accepted. Users fund the account with USDC on the Polygon network. When a purchase is made, the equivalent USDC is deducted from an on-chain smart contract account and settled through the Visa network in USD. Identity verification through KYC is required. The card is issued by Third National and the service is provided by Paera LLC.
