Tarot is a multi-chain, decentralized, and permissionless lending protocol operating on networks like Fantom, Optimism, and Arbitrum. It enables users to participate in isolated lending pools as either lenders or borrowers. Lenders can supply single tokens to earn passive yield without impermanent loss, while borrowers can use their liquidity provider (LP) tokens as collateral to borrow assets and create leveraged yield farming positions. The protocol features Tarot Vaults for automated yield compounding, a Price Oracle using a time-weighted average price (TWAP) for accurate LP token valuation, and a robust collateralization and liquidation system to manage risk. Governance is managed by the Tarot DAO, where holders of the native TAROT token can stake it as xTAROT to vote on proposals and earn a share of protocol fees.
