The Learning Passport is a UNICEF-led education programme and flexible learning-management platform delivered online, through mobile devices, and in offline settings. It provides localized curricula and supplementary global educational resources, supports formal and non-formal learning, enables personalized learning records and progress tracking, and is designed for use in low-connectivity, crisis-affected, and marginalized communities. The platform is powered by Microsoft Community Training.
