Description
TLCS is work-in-progress blockchain node and client software for a Time Lock Cryptography Service. It uses tendermint-abci to communicate with a separately run Tendermint instance and provides commands to initialize and run a chain, manage accounts and keys, query balances and timelock data, send tokens, request timelock keypairs, and contribute data. The repository states it should not be used in production.
