Towards An Industry Standard Python Library For Token Engineering
The proposal seeks funding for a joint collaboration between Token Engineering Commons and partner organizations to develop an industry-standard Python library for token engineering using Python Param and Panel. The planned library would provide composable models for automated market makers, bonding curves, stablecoins, lending, token standards, voting, DAOs, and rewards, with interactive dashboards and documentation. Phase 1 proposed funding six part-time developers for four months to define the specification, initialize infrastructure and DevOps, build and test an MVP, establish a project website and communication channel, and prepare a Phase 2 funding strategy. The proposal states that no project website existed at the time and that the forum post would serve as the project website temporarily.
