Trackline is a Code Contract product for automating collection and processing of third-party documents and data. Users configure the documents and information to obtain—such as delivery notes, certificates, invoices, and forms—and Trackline requests them by SMS, email, or WhatsApp, automatically retries unanswered requests, extracts and validates the data, stores it in the customer’s systems, and generates reports. It integrates with ERP and CRM systems including SAP, Navision, and Salesforce.
