Universal Impact Pool (UIP) is an open public fund on Endaoment that applies quadratic funding to distribute 25% of its net grantable value each quarter. Eligible nonprofit organizations are weighted by the number of donations and grants they receive on Endaoment rather than contribution size; the pool is powered by Allo from Gitcoin.
