Description
User-Defined Organization (UDO) is a governance model being developed by the Golem Foundation for decentralized platforms. Its Proof-of-Usage mechanism generates a non-transferable, non-speculative token when a user initiates a transfer of value within a platform using UDO; the token grants platform-related rights, including voting on bounty recipients. Wildland is the first implementation, while UDO is intended for broader use by projects seeking to align governance and resource allocation with actual software or protocol usage.
