USK is a native Kujira/Cosmos stablecoin minted through collateralized debt positions and liquidated through ORCA. BLUE is the separate Kujira ecosystem dashboard through which users can mint and manage USK. Kujira’s successor-transition communications describe an active wind-down and migration of USK debt positions to Rujira, while the Kujira chain remains validator-operated.
