UTGL Trust Platform is a Hong Kong private trust platform that consolidates client assets—including fiat currencies, securities, precious metals, and digital assets—within a fiduciary structure under the Trustee Ordinance (Cap. 29). Users hold multi-currency accounts in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the United States, access global stock, bond, and fund markets, pay cross-border invoices, convert assets, and spend via a Mastercard credit card collateralized by trust-held assets. UTGL acts as licensed trustee holding legal title on behalf of settlors. Trust structures under Hong Kong law carry no capital gains, inheritance, or gift tax and do not require public registration.
