Vertalo Securities Protocol is a flexible system between internal systems, service providers, and blockchain networks. It supports tokenized-asset workflows from issuance through secondary trading across security structures, assets, jurisdictions, and chains, using smart contracts, off-chain databases, APIs, and compliance oracles. VSP writes holder balances on-chain by default while maintaining other records and events off-chain, and supports hosted or installed deployments.
