CVI’s Volatility Tokens are tokenized long positions designed as composable DeFi primitives. They are pegged to their respective volatility indexes through the CVI platform’s AMM, backed by counterparty liquidity, maintain full or leveraged index exposure, and account for time decay through daily negative rebases using the ElasticToken interface. The platform supports CVI, which tracks the CVI index and trades on Arbitrum and Polygon, and UCVI, a 3x leveraged CVI token.
