XLETH is issued by Excellar International SAC Ltd. and represents a participation interest in the Excellar International XLETH Segregated Account. The account holds separately segregated Ether-denominated reserves and may pursue yield through delta-neutral strategies including DeFi lending, liquidity provision, market making, arbitrage, derivatives hedging, staking, liquid staking, and inter-account lending. Eligible institutional and financially qualified individual users may purchase and redeem XLETH through the Platform after KYC/AML approval; secondary-market holders have limited rights until onboarding. The Platform and XLETH are described as being in a test phase, with issuance subject to an aggregate $800,000 cap across Excellar’s token products.
