Tokens are fully collateralized 1:1 with underlying assets held in regulated custody, transferable and fractional, and usable across supported exchanges, self-custody wallets, and DeFi protocols. They provide economic exposure rather than direct share ownership or voting rights; dividends and splits are reflected through an onchain multiplier or rebasing mechanism.
