Vertical Foundation was established in July 2026 as the governing body of the Vitruveo blockchain. It manages protocol direction, treasury multisig operations, validator onboarding and network health, and first-party ecosystem products including Pretrend and Scope. The Foundation also announced the acquisition of Yieldable, a BNB Smart Chain DeFi project.
