LADT (Lao National Digital Technology Group) is a Lao national digital technology group established under the leadership of AWARP, operating under the guidance of the Lao Ministry of Technology and Communication and the Bank of Laos. It is building national-level digital infrastructure including the ASEAN USD (USDA) stablecoin, and serves ASEAN residents, investors, merchants, and institutions seeking real-world digital payment and asset solutions.

Description
AWARP is building sovereign-grade on-chain financial infrastructure for frontier and emerging markets, starting with Laos and ASEAN. The project focuses on real-world asset tokenization, regulated stablecoin settlement, cross-border payments, digital ID, and national public blockchain infrastructure. Through LADT, AWARP supports tokenization of minerals, renewable energy, and AI data center assets while strengthening on-chain clearing, liquidity networks, and compliant payment flows.Category: Infrastructure
