Vertalo MCP server exposes role-scoped MCP tools for issuers, brokers, ATSs, and custodians to configure assets and rounds, onboard investors, read positions and restrictions, record settlement activity, reconcile custody records, and support token deployment and minting. State-changing actions are schema-validated and attributable through delegation records, while regulated approvals remain human-gated.
