ATX DAO is a local DAO established in 2021 to build a cohesive network of Austin-based crypto professionals, developers, artists, investors, and enthusiasts. Its activities include organizing social and Web3 events, operating a partner network for Web3 companies and startups, producing the ATX DAO Podcast, supporting public-policy engagement, and helping local artists and businesses participate in the crypto ecosystem. The organization has also run initiatives such as the ATX DAO x Avalanche Artist Residency, which introduced artists to cryptocurrency and helped them mint NFTs on Avalanche. Its community participates in membership-based governance, NFT membership, Discord communications, and Snapshot voting.
