Black Women In Blockchain is a nonprofit organization founded in 2021 to empower Black women and girls across the diaspora to participate and lead in blockchain and emerging technology. Its initiatives include STEM education, wealth inclusion, mentorship, networking, visibility programs, resume reviews, and an incubator supporting ideas and startups using blockchain and AI. The organization also hosts events, accepts donations, recruits volunteers and mentors, and supports corporate partnerships. It identifies itself as the nonprofit foundation for the Black Women Blockchain Council, a benefit LLC.
