Climate Change Countdown used art, photojournalism, Web3, and blockchain technology to raise awareness of the climate emergency. From January 2022, artists were intended to create daily climate-related artworks, supported by field expeditions documenting climate impacts and sustainability efforts. The project also planned exhibitions, an open-source library of climate art, and NFT collections on Ethereum and Solana, with funding aimed at artists' creative and travel expenses. The project is explicitly marked as archived and no longer active.
