The Nomic DAO Foundation is an exempted limited guarantee foundation company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. It is memberless, governed by a board of directors, supports the Nomic DAO, and serves as the initial steward of the Nomic blockchain. Its wholly owned BVI subsidiary, Nomic DAO Ltd., is responsible for issuing NOM tokens.
