ALPS entered Oman in 2023 through a strategic partnership with Green Data City, the country's first government-licensed data center hub. The Taqah site operates 83 MW of natural-gas-powered industrial compute infrastructure, with installed high-voltage infrastructure supporting up to 150 MW. It is aligned with Oman Vision 2040 and monitored 24/7 through ALPS proprietary software and PLC telemetry; the page states 5.5 EH/s installed hashrate and hydro cooling.
