Traditional Dream Factory is developing a 25-hectare regenerative village in Portugal, transforming degraded farmland and a former poultry factory into a community with accommodation, co-working and artist spaces, regenerative agriculture, ecological restoration, hospitality facilities, and planned co-housing. The project uses the $TDF token to provide annual accommodation access and participation in governance, with token holders acting as co-stewards of the village. Its community includes residents, remote workers, families, creatives, volunteers, investors, and land stewards.
